What is the best way to take IRON KINGDOM BCAA PLUS?
Take 1 serving (13.5 single scoop) once per day. Add 1 scoop to 300ml-500ml of cold water (mix to taste). Stir/Shake/Blend for 15 – 20 seconds, consume during or after exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days.

How long do meals last?
Your meals will last between 5 to 8 days. Meals packaged in green containers with snap lids last for 5 days, meals vacuum sealed last up to 8 days.

How do I reheat my meals?
Ready to heat and eat?
Microwave: Typically, 1-2 minutes makes your meals ready to eat. Depending on the strength of your microwave you may need more or less.
Oven: Put your meal in an oven safe dish, and cook for 325°F for about 10 minutes. Be sure to check after 5 minutes. Please do not place meal containers in the oven, they will melt.
Over a fire: Grab a skillet and put your meal in it. Moving constantly, check your meal often.
Can I make changes to meals?
